i've had my flagtail for some time now and it seems like its hardly grown. it eats everything i put in the tank, shrimp, pellets, flakes, zucchini, algae wafers and it just seems like its not growing. any advice? its about 5-6" in a 125g. i think i've had it over a year and its maybe put on 2-3"

Wow, thats pretty slow... maybe water conditions? not enough current? not feeding enough?
I have had my 5" Flagtail for about 3 months and hes put on 2" or so. He eats shrimp daily and massivore once a week. I try to feed twice a day but def once a day

They aren't the fastest growing fish so as long as hes eating alot, just keep it up, alot of people have a hard time feeding these guys. Maybe up the water changes 
i do 50% wc a week. water parameters are good and there is a decent amount of flow. im going to add another hob and maybe a power head. it seems like its getting plenty of food but there are some big pigs in the tank with him.
