Best way to bread them is dip them in some flour then dip in eggs then dip in bread crumbs.

No, you use seasoning salt and lemon pepper, then dip in egg, flour and bread crumbs if desired. I however like zatarans fish fry mix though. Makes it extra crispy, even when you bake it.

U can vent them around 7 inches..depends on the individual...its oO for female and o> for male. They breed around a foot/ a one or twp years old for most species but tems will breed when larger...a 125 gallon would be a minimum for a pair other than tems/pinima
