How to breed bloodworms for my cichlids?

can someone help me with this, i would like to breed bloodworms for my fish

Look into breeding black worms. Takes a while to get a good sized colony going but it's possible.

Blood worms are larva of I think midge flys/bugs so probably not the best choice to breed indoors.
