i thought they just bred on their own, but someone just posted something saying that their cray dropped its eggs during a water change because of stress so they said they would breed them again. how do you do this??

Ok, you'll need two adults, male and female, keep them in sperate tanks fro a month under constant 24/7 light. feed them chopped Earth worms and after a month put them in the same tank, they should mate immediately. Isolate the female and feed well with chopped earth worms. she should come into berry (she'll attach eggs to her abdomin and in about a month or so she will shed live young into the tank. Remove the female and put lots of small peices of pvc pipe in the tank for the young to Hide in. make sure the water plenty of calcium (sprinkle arragonite gravel in the tank) Feed chopped (veryfine) earth worms generously. they should grow well and be small adults with in a year.
