If you're asking how to develop your own strain from scratch, don't bother unless you're willing to dedicate years and lots of fish tanks to grow out tons of different hybrids. If you're asking how to breed flowerhorns in general from established strains, it's just like breeding any cichlids. Get a male and a f emale that you like, put them in a tank with a divider, condition them, and then let them go at it. Have several females on hand in case the male doesn't like the girl you pick. Also have another male you like just incase one of them is infertile.
