How to breed this catfish?

Any one knows how to breed this cat fish, please help.
They are mating lately.

i think is rare 4 them 2 breed in tanks the first ive heard that gulper looks like it might eat them cl's though lol

They have lived in the same tank for more than one year, meanwhile the catfish is bigger than the gulper over a tail..

A new tank for breeding will be set up, once I know how to breed them.

put in lots of plants and fish in the breeding tank then put in the pair.also dont forget to put a nice piece of drift wood.

Just because they've been in the same tank for over a year doesn't mean the gulper isn't going to try and eat them. I hear they eat just about everything that will fit in their mouth and I am sure the cat will get bigger than the CL.

It might breed in the same way as many other syno's, by spawning at the same time as a mouthbrooding cichlid in that same area, the cichlid mother gets confused and ends up raising the syno fry as well in her mouth, so it might be worth introducing a few just to see.

what kind of synos are they? ive never seen any albinos in the uk

They are not albinos. They are all black while I bought them with about 10 cm of size. The black color fade away gradually from head to tail and finally change into golden body while they grow up to about 20cm.
