This is a great tool a lot of people seem to not know about...

http://www.google.com/insidesearch/features/images/searchbyimage.html

Generally when someone is trying to scam you when selling a fish or a tank or something, they will steal pictures posted elsewhere on the internet. This google search tool simply lets you use their images and see what other websites they have been posted on before. Also very useful if you are in to photography to see if someone is stealing your pictures.

It takes almost no time, you don't have to download anything, and it's free.

Great find!

My girlfriend was watching that show Catfish (where people pretend to be someone else online) the other day and they were using it.

Also on that note, if you're wondering if that hot Swedish bikini model you've been talking to online is really a guy named Ralph living in his parent's basement in Ohio, this may help.

I have the browser extension, and tend to make it a habit to check my own pictures every so often, but this is because I've had to deal with copyright issues in the past when some schmuck decided to use some of my designs on his website & call them his own (it didn't go well for him lol)
