How to coat a plywood aquarium with epoxy?

Will this work?
1) sand tank down (inside)
2) put first coat
3) fill the corner seams
4) put fiber glass on the corner seams
5) coat the fiber glass
6) wait a few hours
7) put another coat wait a few hours and so on

So yeah will this work? If now please explain how to do it
