How to coat a plywood tank with epoxy

Will this work?
1) sand tank down (inside)
2) put first coat
3) fill the seams
4) put fiber glass on the seams
5) coat the fiber glass
6) wait a few hours
7) put another coat wait a few hours and so on

So yeah will this work? If now please explain how to do it

Yeah, I ove his videos, his new arowana is awesome. I would like to have about 5 coats

They recommend 3 coats, I did 4, I say a few areas of concern so I sanded and did a 4th
