All male parrots are sterile! so how to create a parrot?

Which pair of fish make a parrot fish?

I would say the chances of you getting a fertile parrot is very slim. I know 1 person who has one and thousands who don't.

To make a parrot its been said vieja X Midas... Through many generations though I am assuming. Blood parrots are deformed fish hence they look all cute but for a reason...

My vieja synspilum crossed with a kkp produced these little guys. The last one looks very much like a regular blood parrot. I'm thinking if you breed a female offspring with the father, there's a good chance you can make a fertile male parrot.

Any thoughts on this?

If you decide to give it a go, you will end up with some regular bodies:

I had similar results as fisheatfish. My kkp was a bit odd though. Most turned out like chunky syns but some were short body and one faded into basically a KKP.
