If I did not test my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
81-90%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...

It could be due to stress, whats the fish and its tankmates?
If not could be due to some temperature or some other disease issue
Also, 50-60% water change per week is enough imo

Right now, there isn’t really any information to go off of. Pictures are important for forming a diagnosis as well as tank history.

I’d suggest testing the water. Tankmates?
