As of above, any one knows how to differentiate their sexes?
I know juveniles are near impossible, how about adults?

I know some adults have very dark to black top and some have more silverish back. This should not be the way to differentiate them right?

Thanks.

I have 2 C. Micro in a pond, I do not know their sexes.

This few days I can see them swimming at the surface, which is seldom the case previously.
And today, I actually saw one of them gather a piece of floating leaf debris and now suddenly some thing came to my mind.
Are they preparing to breed?

Anyone can advise?

Yes, it actually sounds like they're up to something in that way! Congratulations! :D
