My 90g aquarium is home to a few SA/CA's as well as 4 redtailed botia. I understand that a pellet like NLS is a better staple for the cichlids long-term, however they love the spirulina flakes intensely, and go for them over the pellets. Unfortunately I can't simply ween them over to pellets because the botia's cannot/will not eat them.
Any suggestions on how to provide all the aquarium residents with the correct foods?

P.S.
(The botia are small now, and I know they will reach a size when they need to be re-homed. Accommodations are already prepared)

If the botia are small.... then use a small pellet. It will just take them some time to learn to accept a new food.

If i understand your question correctly then you can buy spirulina powder and mix it with the pellets.
