how exactly would i go about feeding my 5" aro n 2x 4" senegauls uncooked shrimp? as in the shrimp that still have full bodies in tact. do you just simply give it to them like they are or?

one of my friend fed his super red shrimps, he peeled the `shell` off so just the meat, and i saw it eating it, pretty funny too cause it`d wait for it to drop to the tank bottom and then scoop them up lol

Why do u have to peel the shell? They don't get peeled when they are in the wild plus the shells are good for them any way. I don't i jsut give it to them whole with head and shell

You can leave the shell on , but make sure to take the tail off. There's a very sharp spine on the tail that can injure your fish.

gahh! doing to much for my fish then. i peel the skin off the shrimp :D. my datnoid will only eat shrimp if its peeled. and i didnt know the shells are good for them. thought it would be hard for them to digest them. but like you said they dont get peeled in the wild.

I feed my piranha shrimp. I take the tail off, but my spouse leaves it on. They don't seem to care either way.

I take the frozen shrimp and throw it in some warm water just to defrost it, and then throw it in. They go to town!
