How to Figure Out Who Is The Fin-Nipper?

I have a community tank and a lot of the fish have their dorsal fins nipped. The culprits are golden wonder kilifish, figure-8 puffer, indo datnoid.

Any clue which of these three would specifically target the dorsal fin? It's happening at night.

buy those freeze dried shell on shrimps and drop them in for your puffer, they are the only fish that can actually rip through the shell on them. If your puffer is well fed he won't nip.
