How to fix cloudy water?

I have a 75g that im using as my JD breeding tank but the water is cloudy and I can not figure out why ammonia and nitrites are 0ppm and nitrates are normal the tank did just go through a algae bloom I can post pics if it helps but what could cause this and how do I fix it I have been do water changes 50% weekly

How long has the tank been running? Is it cloudy after a water change?
 
The tank has been running for over a year and the water is cloudy before and after water changes originally i thought it would settle down and was just stired up by a water change but it just never settled down I gave it a week

It could be the dechlorinator, but that usually clears up in a few hours

It could be a bacterial bloom as well, maybe try doing 30% for a couple weeks instead of 50%, other than that I can’t think of anything else
