how to fix my silver aros cloudy eye?!?

hello i have a silver aro and one of his eyes is droped (dropeye) and since yesterday this eye has looked cloudy how do i fix this? will it damage my arowanas eye?

Is it just one eye or both? Is this from an injury? Pristine water conditions will help the eye heal rapidly as long as it is not a virus/fungas that requires meds.

it wasnt a injury and yes its only in one eye but its gotten worse, i raised the temp from 78- 83 should i do a 20% water change?

maintain good water parameter and raise temp slightly if required put a little melafix. observe it for a day or two if it doesn't get any better you'll have to use other medication.
