So like it says how do I get the ammonia out of my tank the rest of the stuff is fine just need to bring up my Ph some.

Second thing is how do I get the brown algae out?

water changes water changes water changes thats how to get rid of amonia brown alge needs some thing like blue legged hermit crabs or snales

ammonia can be a sign your tank is not cycled,

in the process of cycling your nitrites will rise, then finally your nitrate

Check your filter pad and make sure that it is not all packed and full of crap and do at least 55 percent of water changes for the next week but keep a eye on shock to your fish.

Do you have another reefer close by? Take a some of his live rock or used filter pads/socks and seed it with yours. It should help speed up the nitrogen cycle. If you already have animals in there do water changes right away as ammonia can causes crashes very quickly.
