How to get him to eat?

Hey guys!i have an 4in scomb and he hasnt been eating.ive practically tried everything(shrimps,fillet,bloodworms,and even feeders!)but he still won't eat.this has been going on for a while already and I'm starting to worry,as I know they can starve for long times.so any tips on how to get him to eat?

his tank size is abt 30gal(grow out)and the only tank mate is a tarpon also 4in.much help appreciated. And if he starts eating when can I start pellet training them as the tarpon takes only feeders as well

How long have you had it and how big is it?

For abt 3 months and he was abt 2.5in

They'll randomly go on fasts sometimes. I've had 1 stop eating for 2 months then start again. No clue why cuz the other scombs were eating fine

So do I still put feeders in everyday?cuz hes not pellet trained yet

Ya. Just continue trying to feed him and if he is just fasting, he'll start eating again.
