I am trying to find out ways or methods to get my juvies to a descent size in about 3 months. Any help or remedies that work will be appreciated. Please nothing that you have heard of or thing that might work because not tryin to kill them just getting them a bigger before i move and it gets cold. Thanks to all.

Thats true, some species seem to grow extremely fast and some extremely slow.

Feed them mainly newly hatched brine shrimp and cyclopeeze.
Change 20% of the water daily.

well ive noticed that my yellow labs have grown 2.5x the size that i got them in 3 weeks, but my other fish have only grown hardly at all, and my c. morrii have grown 50% bigger in that time

what is the temp of your water if it is around 82 you might raise it to 84 i noticed mine seemed to grow faster with a higher temp along with eating more

feed twice a day. pellets or flakes (vegetables for cichlids) in the morning and frozen food (frozen krill, brine shrimp, blood worms)at night. blood worms are probably the best

Optimum water conditions are a must along with a good diet. I use to feed the fry I had spirulina flake and crushed up NLS.

As previous posted, increasing the water temp will raise their metabolism and having the largest grow tank possible will help them grow faster.

Depending on the species, they all have different growth rates so ultimately, you can't change Mother Nature.
