a psuedochromis or sixline are the only things that come to mind that might keep them in check. Reality is though, the mentioned fish would simply rip the crown off and the tube worm would grow another one.
The best way to eliminate them would be to pull the lr and crush their tube with some bone cutters or pliers. You may have some come back since that doesnt guarantee the worm will die, but keeping it up will keep it from being able to feed and they will eventually die off.
You could also dip your LR in something like Coral RX pro, or an iodine dip. Both are extremely hard on inverts, so you chance loosing the ones you want to keep as well.
