how to get rid of fish lice?

I caught some wild sailfin mollies yesterday and noticed that the big male has some lice on his tail and fins. How can I get rid of them without using tweezers?

I could be wrong but I don't think so.

Anyhow, I use Dimilin X for it - a very nice, mild, inexpensive med. Salt is said to work too.

Melafix works or API general cure tablets.

Melafix and api GC wont work. Get the dimlin like viktor mentioned. Can also try copper as it should work in theory.
