how to get rid of ich

I just beat ich in my fish tank 1 month ago then out of nowhere it apeared again luckily i caught it early how do o get rid of it I did a 30-40% water change and added salt and raise temp it seemed to control but its been 3 days and my oscar still has it but hasnt gotten worse
 
Sounds like you’re doing what needs to be done. How high is the temperature? I recommend 86-88%.
 
I would also medicate the tank. I recommend ich-x by aquarium solutions.
 
You can't kill ich while it is on the fish. You have to keep treating until all the spores burst to eliminate it completely. Higher temperature just makes that happen faster, it doesn't actually harm the parasite.
 
Keep temps on high at 86degrees. Add the salt so it’s a 3% concentration (3tsp per gallon). It’ll take over 10-14 days with heat and salt to start seeing the spots disappear.

ok is tht normal only 2 fish have it the rest were treated before and then the fish I added got it 2 weeks after introducing him but he had no ich wen i got him or any fish in the tank
 
It can happen. Some fish are more susceptible than others. Gotta be patient.
