How to get rid of micro bubbles?

I have recently found that my filter is shooting up micro bubles into my fish tank how do I get rid of them?

Make sure the filter is not sucking in air anywhere, either through the intake tubing, fittings, or around the lid if it's a canister filter. What kind of filtration are you running?

it is a sump filter and there is no air getting in from anywhere

is the hose pinched anywhere from the sump up to the tank

yes it is pinched from the sump to the tank

somewhere your getting air pulled in maybe there is a hole in your air line or sump return or a pinched hose

ok guys its definately a pinched house. How can I fix it?
