how to heal cuts?

my pbass wass badly cut by my tiger pike is their anything to put on the cut or just use melafix,salt and waterchanges to help heal? all answers welcomed.

I'd just stick you what you've said; simplest is the best. If it were my fish, I'd do it.

your strategy is the right one, only thing i would add would be bumping the temperature up a few degrees as well

Maybe put a divider screen btwn the two until your bpass heal.
