How To ID female Parrot cichlid!!!

Hi Guys...Am completely new to parrot cichlids..I just want to differentiate female parrot cichlid from male ,since am planning to have one with my Male Flower horn,may be in a mere future for breeding purposes..Pls help to differentiate female parrot cichlid.Thanks in advance!!!!
 
Thanks!!! but any external differences like based on Fins .....etc ...
 
Since in my nearby LFS they wont allow and they themselves don't know how to differentiate that's pathetic!!!! So initially if i find a wrong one then it would be bad!!
 
If possible please post some female parrot pics and also male so that it would be easy to find out!!!

Parrots are extremely hard to differentiate just by looking at the. They don't have dorsal black spot or any body differences. Must vent the fish! Only real way to know to be honest and yeah most LFS won't let you do that. I would buy one verified from local fish club or online.

Here are my females u can tell when they lower their tubes they practically look the same as males except with a tube

Look for a parrot defending a tank corner or some other bit of territory in the lfs tank. It will be a female. Or buy a small group and then move the males along after identifying your female.
