Base on what is the first one got cataloged as motoro hybrid and the other one P14/BD ?
i trully want to understand how to tell , I already know that for the 130$ there is no chance of it being either one of them :)

I would say based on the pics that the BD/P14 is obvious as i have seen quite a few and this is deffinitely one of them and a great quality one at that. Your ray is deffinitely a hybrid but i am no expert on Motoro so would not like to comment. I am into BD and know a thing or 2 about them, but still do not class myself as an expert.
Your ray is a lighter base colour with yellow spots so deffinitely not BD related.

BD/p14 have a pretty consistant mix so they are usually easy to spot. Yours on the other hand doesnt fit in there and has a hybrid appearance. But I dont remember seeing anyone say it was a motoro hybrid. Chances are it does have motoro, maybe mantilla, maybe pearl, maybe even some black ray if it gets a black base or near black base. But not knowing the lineage you may never know of its exact mix. Chances are as they mature the patterning will break up. But if it doesnt that particular one pictured here will be very attractive. From the picture here this particular one posted appears to have a dark base and probably has black ray in its lineage.

As for as telling the difference, learn all the pure lines and once you are able to spot them hybrids will generally be much easier to pick out. Although there are a few cases that are exceptions. Especially some BD/Hens. (Jack;) )

No matter, they are very nice rays especially the one above. (Obviously my favorite of the trio)

I am an amateur at this, but here are my two cents. It seems to have a black base, which could be indicative of a black ray lineage but not necessarily. Otherwise I am looking at the yellowish colour of the spots, the wide base of its tail proportionate to its disc size, and the edge spotting along with the high number of large spots vs how much of the base is showing and that strikes me as some motoro. My thoughts on comparing the two pictures is look at the difference in tail size and proportion of the eyes relative to the disc size, and that is sort of indicating to me that yours will be a smaller ray compared to the other, which is also more indicative of a motoro. This could be also the age of the ray and zoom of the pictures that are making me think this way, but it will be hard to tell no matter what until the ray get's older (and maybe even still hard then). Again I am still a big amateur at this, but just wanted to speak to your question of what people (or at least I) look at when guessing at what type of ray you're looking at.

P.s. I just looked at your other thread. One thing I noticed that was different about this ray is your other rays seemed to have a light colour based with dark rings around the spots, whereas this one seems to have a darker base with simply light spots. This could just be because its young and has a lot of spots and they will separate more leaving a dark circle around the spots like the other ones, or it could take more after one of the parents lineage than the other two did.
