How to introduce??

I have a real problem, my thai silk x red dragon fh was bullying fish in his growout so i moved him to another tank with a red dragon of about the the same size and i left for about 10 minutes to get an drink and i came back and the thai silk x red dragon was almost dead:cry:, the red dragon beat the hell out of him. The tank is separated and I'm fixing him up. As the title said how should i introduce them because if ones male and the others female i would love to try and breed them wen they are big enough. Sex them please to if possible. Thanks!!

Ooo his tail got chewed up pretty bad. Hope he'll make a full recovery!
 
You introduced two 5" flowerhorns that you dont even know the gender of and you didn't observe the tank? Pairing isn't as simple as putting two fish in a tank...
 
flowerhorns are so agressive, mine killed 2 of my stingray and didnt even leave a trace the stingray was double his size and he swallowed every bit of him
 
I had 2 2.5" blue titaniums.. the dominant killed off the female within a week.

Funny thing is that they lived in a tank full of FH's before they got moved to their own tank.

And my current 6" FH jumps out to try to bite you.
