Hi,

How can i know if my interview went well. The interviewer was taking notes. He was writing down what i told him. He kept looking at me in the eyes and smiling. He told me a little on how Tim hortons buisness is run.

He told me he had other people to interview that day but normaly they call back winthing 7 days either for a second interview or to hire. It's been 2 days now. He said that if i don't heard back they will keep my name for 6 months.

Do you think i have chances to get the job ? While leaving i thanked him to have scheduled an interview with me and wished him a good day.

when u heard u r hired?
when they say they will give u a call in 2 weeks the chance r the interview was a fail

I don't know if did not really keep an eye on time. It was scheduled for 1:oopm arrived at least 20 minutes in advance i left at around 1:15pm. I don't exactly know at whattime the interview started.

if you didn't get the job, that usually means it didn't go well

at least not well enough to get the job, gl, and keep us posted

based on my experience being on both sides of an interview, you never really know how well it actually went. i've felt great at interviews and got no calls and i've got jobs where i wasn't really trying

and i've done interviews on people who thinks they will get the job and in my mind, i know i won't pick them

Well if i don't get a call after next thuesday it means i did not get the job. The interviewer was talking about how they give you two suits to wear at the job and things like that.

when you get the job?

Follow up the interview with a phone call to express your interest in how it went and your continued interest in the position. This can be a final decision maker for many employers. If it's down to you and someone else with equal qualifications and the other person calls and you just wait two weeks to hear something, who do you think they will choose?

I have had interviews that I thought went terrible and got the job. A company has to interview everyone applying so just be patient. There is not really a way to tell if you are going to be hired unless they ask you point blank "So when can you start!" I have given interviews in the past and sometimes you may like one individual but another comes along and that person fits the job description much better than the first guy. Try not to get your hopes up and keep looking for work!!! Something will work out. Good luck on getting the job and if you don't hear anything in a week or whatever the time frame give them a call back and check in.
