How to make a red texas cichlid

I believe most try to cross carpinte/red devil.
 
U will need alot of tanks and years worth of growuts to maintain and crossbread only a few of these will turn truly red and have the pearls that are so desirable. Many red texas will never peel or only a partial peel making the select few of thousands so costly due to time and maintenace needed to produce them for example the huge fish farms of indo- china.
