How to make fishing boat?

How to make fishing boat.
I know how to work with wood. I have wood working tools at home. But i don't have any ideas. I never made a boat before... This is going to be my first one. What materials to use? Marine grade plywood? How to seal... Fiberglass or no. I have so many questions. I wanted to make something to last a long time.
I hope you guys can help me out.

It's not going to be monster size
Something around 2.5m x 1.5m
