How to make sump or wet/dry with 20 gal tank?

I bought a new 75g and its gonna have fish in there after cycling. I have a spare 20 gal glass tank and I wanna know if I can make a sump or wet/dry out of it, and how? Does anyone have a ballpark estimate of how much it'll all cost together? Any links would be appreciated.

here is what i would do --- just find some spare 1/4" glass and some silicone

haha simple and sweet, that is what exactly what i did with my ten gallon. technically i was free besides the filter media because my friend had some extra glass and we just cut it to size.

hahaha its actually sweet, and you are right no one would put my set up together, but the filtration does the job, nice flow straight to the filter. no poop!
