How to make your payara eat shrimp?

My payara wont take shrimp no matter how hard I tried, and if I starved him long enough, he will start biting other fish that are twice of its size. How do you train your payara to eat market shrimp or just dead things?

Any suggestion?

Food/Feeding:
Payara will readily accept live foods, although some persistence and starving (try not to let him go for more than 2 weeks without food) might be necessary to wean him off live and onto meaty prepared foods like shrimp/prawns.
