I do regular water changes of 25% every week.
I have a T5 lighting setup with total of 108 watts.
What is next?

Amazon Sword growth. Well, they are heavy root feeders, root tabs work great for them. They also love iron, and CO2 can be used to help out as well.

What size tank do you have?

Yes, I agree with hillbilly. Root-feeding, good lights and CO2 usually means good growth for amazon swords.

a 55

I have only been at this for year now. But i started with one sword plant and now i am up to 5. I have a coral life 130w fixture that stays on for 16 hours a day. And i run yeast/sugar co2 thru my power heads and weekly ferts with kent freshwater plant growth. I think they are doing well. Oh its a 55 as well.

Shorten your lighting period. 12 hours is the maximum you should ever do. 8-10 is generally good for plants, beyond twelve they stop photosyntesizing, but alga doesn't.

^^that is very true plants due stop photoing after close to 10 hours that is why the use of a timer is a must. So you can have two 8 hour periods of light per day and there for more photo/growth. Using this method the only algae problem i have had is the blue/green that i have now which is not true algae and i have been told is not caused from light like other algae. Is this true ----------IDK
