Hey guys,

Just wondering how everyone moves around their 20+ inch aros without hurting them, or getting the place all wet from splashing?

Thanks,
J

Get a large, heavy poly bag (clear is best) and put it in one end of the tank and slowly move it toward the fish you want to catch or slowly chase the fish with your hand into the bag . Dump excess water and remove from tank.

I agree! Take time for the aro to be ready may take 20 minutes to tucker them out a bit first.

Pillow cases and bed sheet will get the fish out like a missile launcher.....be careful with this technique.

i've used pillow cases and both times my aro ended up on the floor.

its safe for them but if ur fish is spookish try not to use something like that. a big ol fish net always works as long as its the nylon or whatever so it doesn't damage the fish. haven't moved any in almost 2 years =x but my time is coming
