how to par 2 dovii

i have 2 dovii 1 male and 1 female the male is 4 inches while the female is around 3 mabye larger when and what processes do i have to go through to pair them they are currently divided

What size tank ? I'd say keep them divided make sure your female gets a nice size to her and erring the male see her and they slowly will get used to each other when you see her showing off for him threw the divider and she getting plump that's when I would pull the divider to see how he treated her but I have a bigger pair and he dosent let her leave her cave or eat when there together once I divide them she's right at the divider missing him but I'm waiting to see now how it goes just my 2 cents good luck
