help,
i had a fluval 403 with a fluidizer plumbed in for years with great results. however, my old 403 is loosing power and a new impeller/shaft did not fix it. so i bought a new 405 but the hoses are different. how to plumb inline accessories with the fluval 405 hosing? how do you plumb accessories into the ribbed hosing of the new fluval series???
PS; a new fx5 is also on the way to replace a perfectly working 303.
i don't like the new hoses, and the ribbing only increases resistance and lowers gph flow. any ideas or experience??
thanks for any help you can come up with.
