How to post embed videos from youtube.

First i find a video i want to post.
i click "embed" and copy the code.
i paste it to mfk and i blocked the code and click the youtube sign here ont the above.
When i post this happens, could someone walk me through this VERY thoroughly please.

Go to "Go Advance" you'll see a little youtube Icon click it, you'll see this-----[YT][YT], paste in between. Got the link?
 
yeah copy and paste the "embedded" link inbetween the brackets ^^^

when your typing your message, press the youtube button. once you do that, go to your vid, copy the EMBED code and paste the code inbetween the YT /YT brackets.
 
go to advanced. click the youtube button that is on the top left. copy what is after the = in the url. paste it between the brackets.
 
crap, i will never get this right, when it comes to computers, im a retard.

then put this between the lines. its the part after the = in the url at the top

but with out all that on the same line
