Sorry, didn't want to read through 200 pages to get the answer I'm looking for. I have a pair of Marble Convicts (pink variety), if they breed will their offspring come out like the parents or what ratio should I expect?

since the gene is probably heterozygous with calico and pink, you will get 25% darkly marbled (2 calico genes), 50% lightly marbled, and 25% pink.
You will get 100% marbles i have been breed convicts and understanding them for 15years, the marble gene is dominate and since your breeding marble x marble all the babies will be marble. I just did a marble x HRP pairing and half the babies were blue marbles and half were blue pinks.
