How to Quarantine african clawed frog

What do i need to do in order to make these frogs safe for my fish to eat, they will be wild caught.

I'd suggest you don't go for the wild caughts. It will do us, amphibian keepers a lot less trouble without worrying about another chytrid fungus coming your way. Doesn't affect fish, but any amphibians your feeders get in contact with will spread, spread and spread.
