How to rapidly cool a tank?

Water change is going to be the fastest way to cool your water...but you don't want to do it quickly actually. I think what you are doing is best (no more ice cubes though). Possibly you could put a fan blowing on the tank...but I think a gradual cooling is your best bet.

What size tank is it? 11 degrees seems like a lot of heat from the lights being on longer than normal. Have you checked your heater and made sure it didn't stick on? Also, verify your thermometer. At 95 degrees, I am confident your fish would be floating already.
