HOW TO RECOVER AFTER A NIGHT OUT DRINKING!

I agree, pound a couple glasses of water before bed and then again when you wake up. Also try not to fall asleep hammered. If you give yourself a couple hours of no drinking before you go to sleep and sober up even a little it goes a long way. Even if this forces you to get less sleep you will still feel better. I had to work weekends before and we would still go out drinking till the wee hours of the morning, and if I used this method I could still be at work by 7:oo am and not feel too bad. In fact, I think the less sleep I got the better I felt when I woke up. Something about the sleeping while drunk makes you feel worse than just not sleeping at all.
 
take 2 asprin and drink a couple glasses of water before bed or pass out will feel way better in the morning. won't be so dehydrated.

There is no cure for a hangover... I hated lying in bed for half the day unable to sleep or move, just feeling sorry for myself :D

Water if you can keep it down, but Gatorade is better. Don't just hydrate, get some salt back into ya.

I don't take advil/tylenol, because I think my body is already trying to get rid of enough toxins. Just take it easy, eat some comfort food, drink water, and say 'I'm never drinking again', that helps me.

good sorce of sodium is pickles or pickle juice, but ya gotta like pickles. i used to down alot of water and eat pickles/drink the juice. worked great for me.
