I agree, pound a couple glasses of water before bed and then again when you wake up. Also try not to fall asleep hammered. If you give yourself a couple hours of no drinking before you go to sleep and sober up even a little it goes a long way. Even if this forces you to get less sleep you will still feel better. I had to work weekends before and we would still go out drinking till the wee hours of the morning, and if I used this method I could still be at work by 7
o am and not feel too bad. In fact, I think the less sleep I got the better I felt when I woke up. Something about the sleeping while drunk makes you feel worse than just not sleeping at all.
