How To Remove Glass From Drill Hole

I guess the previous owner of my 90 gallon wide tank dud not like the drill holes so he covered them up by silicon ing a piece of glass over top. anyone know a method to remove this glass? I tried a razor blade with no success

Use a "Paint tool" an gently pry/cut away the silicone.

I don't know if that will work as I couldn't even get a razor blade underneath but I'll give it a try. thanks. any more suggestions?

Yes it's a glass piece siliconed on. it's like how some people would fix a cracked tank

Really? how does that work? I used a variety of razors, just your regular razor blades then blades from a carpenters knife

There's always the option of redrilling right thru the patched glasses
