Water changes, water changes, and water changes is all you can do.

Agreed. Water changes are the best solution for removing undesirable chemicals from your tank.

Ok more water changes will be..

But what harm will excessive hormones do to fishes' health?

B.K. I find this a quite interesting question, hope somebody can shed some light in it, as I remember hormones can be protein (amino acid) based or lipid based so supposedly can be adsorbed by activated carbon. UV radiation kills microorganisms by lisis (english spelling?) of nucleic acids, so MAYBE UV can destroy amino acid based hormones, don´t know about lipid based ones thou... somebody help please :)
