How to remove scratches??

Hey guys i picked up a 120 tru vu acrylic
i managed to take out the scratches from the outside of the tank but how do i take off the scratches from the inside of the tank?
the tank is already running and has livestock in it??
would i have to empty it out???

I too have a acrylic tank with some scratches, I did some research and came across this kit that works dry, or under water.Heres a link to the kit. http://www.freshmarine.com/pn-scratch-removal-kit.html

thanks for the advise i was researching also and came across the same product. but is it safe to use if you tank already have some livestock??

i bought a 90gal acrylic tank that was used for saltwater and had some scratches in it, i bought this stuff called NOVUS PLASTIC POLISH of amazon and some buffers that attach to a drill, but if the scratches are really deep i would use 3000 or 4000 grit sandpaper, you would definitely have to empty out the tank but it would probably take the scratches out much much better than stuff that can be used underwater
