what can i use to repair the plastic frame around a 20gl tank im giving away? its the bottom plastic frame?

If it's black use electrical tape. If it's oak use oak colored duct tape!!! haha. Just kidding. I used a 2 part rubberized caulk(grey colored). You can see where its been repaired so I might go over it, only on the outside, with a black paint marker.
