How to Repair Tenetex Stand?

My stand has some Stucco scratches when I remodeled my home. It has very few deep ones.

How can I fix it so it looks brand new ?

Here is a pic of a tank from the web. Mine is a 300Gl w/black back & matching canopy/stand.

Can someone give me the correct material name if im wrong? Its not plastic or acrylic. Its smooth with a nice shinny finish.
