The best way is to purchase or diy your own hatchery . If properly made it should resolve issue with egg shells.
The simplest way I've used is to turn off the airation, put a light near the side of the hatchery in the middle and then siphon off the brine shrimp that swim to it. The shells and unhatched eggs will usually float or sink. There are other setups that do it more automatically though.
I have a separatory funnel for it, but they always sink and it’s hard for me to separate the unhatched and the brine shrimp
