Ok, so i kind of took a risk of taking a larger, 9-10" brown bullhead instead of a smaller one that would adapt to home aquaria easier from the wild. What is the best method to keeping stress low and starting to get him to feed. In the past i have experienced that it is much more difficult introducing larger fish to a new environment and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Right now I have him in a 10 gal QT tank with good filtration, a good hiding spot, and in a dark area of my house. Would it be a good idea to put in some golden shiners for a little movement/food because i suspect he is not going to just switch right over to pellets until he is settled in more, and my goal right now is to just get him to start feeding regularly...any input?

You might be surprised with massivore, my fish all took to it super quick and I just got. Lot of fish bigger than that

wow, caught him this morning, and he has kept very calm all day not hiding at all i guess its the closet he is in haha anyways i just dropped in a bit of shrimp when i was feeding my others and he gulped it up without hesitation! i gave him some more and it too went down the hatch. pretty stoked at this guys temperment in just the 12 hours ive had him lmao. leave it to some freezerburnt shrip to do the trick.
