How to setup a Emperor 400 filter in a 75 Gallon tank

I need help setting up my Emperor 400 filter. I am placing it into a 75 gallon tank. It has 2 media containers, and then theres 2 more empty slots. What should I do?

I have 2 400's on my 55, and I used ammo carb in both of them. Someone told me I should use carbon in one, and some kind of bio media in the other though.

I would fill them up with bio-media for extra biological filtration in case something happens to the bio-wheel.

U should put the filter cartridges back in the box along with the carbon holders and then stuff as many 1$ store scrubbies as u can in it and u will have a great bio filter.
